Help Men in Our Community

Involving everyone in addressing domestic violence and abuse is critical to keeping families safe and healthy in our community.

The Men’s Counselling Service is here for anyone who recognizes their anger, control, or abuse is hurting the people they love. We believe abuse is a choice and  we provide compassionate, non-judgmental counselling to help men understand their behaviours, take responsibility, and make meaningful change. Last year, we supported over 450 men and their families — giving them tools to build healthier, safer relationships.

But we can’t do it alone.

By supporting this program, you’re helping us reach more men before violence escalates. You’re helping children grow up in homes that model respect and safety. And you’re helping change the conversation around abuse — from silence and shame to accountability, growth, and hope.

Every human has the right to feel safe, respected, supported, and loved.
